We meet at Hotel Broadway, set our saddle and get ready to ride to conquer and compare the unseen beauty of Old and New Delhi by the dawn.
Our bicycle journey takes us around popular places in Old Delhi - the Turkman Gate followed by the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India and Spice Market, Asia’s biggest wholesale spice market operating since the 17th century.
Then we start riding toward New Delhi and get to ride on otherwise busy roads of Connaught Place, one of the largest financial, commercial and business centers in New Delhi and witness a transformed character of this city.
From here we ride towards Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, the most important Sikh house of worship in New Delhi. The capital city is an all-time favorite of our local & foreign tourists for it allows us to rest for a nutritious local breakfast.
Post breakfast we ride to see the President’s House, India Gate and Agrasen ki Baoli, before we welcome the best hour of the day, the lunch hour and indulge into a sumptuous meal to satisfy our core.
New Delhi strikes an evident contrast to its culturally and historically rich sister, Old Delhi.
This one day bicycle ride is a great opportunity to whizz along the narrow streets of Old Delhi and discover New Delhi’s popular commercial & residential complexes, neon light shopping malls, museums, art galleries and crafts expositions until noon. The trip ends at Hotel Broadway.
